WILKO AND ROUT Stand-off inspires England to 42-20 win over Scotland

SCOTLAND lost their grip on the Calcutta Cup yesterday, going down 42-20 to England in a match in which Jonny Wilkinson made a sensational return to international rugby. The fly-half, playing his first game for his country since he kicked England's winning dropped goal in the 2003 World Cup final, delivered 27 points, including a controversial second-half try.

"I'll be selling mobile phones. I can do that no bother," he grins. Sean is currently serving a six-month sentence for dangerous driving. It was only March when he walked out of the same jail after serving a four-month sentence for another driving offence. In a clash between these two, who could possibly stand as referee?Kane's problems started with the death of a guardian when he was 23. He started taking heroin and eventually started to sell it. Since then he has been in jail three times, for a total of six years."A lot of people think prisoners are really confident, big and outgoing but they're not all like that. Some of them have no confidence and that's part of their problem," the 48-year-old explains. In the background fellow inmate Sean Ruddy, 22, is chatting on the phone with another potential employer, and it seems to be going well.A prison course helping inmates find employment before they are released has won national praise. Mitya Underwood went along to a session to find out what makes it stand out from the rest"We'll be looking very closely at the videos of the game. The preparation for beating Wales next week starts now, and the first thing we have to do is debrief in a full and honest fashion. When we look at the video I'm sure we'll find things we're not happy with, as we will find things we're quite pleased with." With four players in the pack making their first RBS Six Nations championship starts, Scotland never achieved parity up front and struggled to keep pace with their opponents. Flanker Simon Taylor did manage to collect the first try of the game, but the final touchdown, by replacement centre Rob Dewey, was strictly a consolation affair."A Republican shill from way back?" Anderson responded. The men are all legally required to inform their potential employers of their current situation. There is a written speech which they have to say as soon as they first speak to any company. If they don't follow it, there are consequences.

"I just try to give an acceptable performance so I don't go into that regret zone. I cannot stand having what-ifs in my head. When I go to bed I don't want things in my head that will keep me up until five in the morning." As Wilkinson slept on, it was more likely that Hadden was being troubled by insomnia.
